What if I need medical assistance during my visit?
Castaway Cove employs a staff of highly trained lifeguards, Supervisors, and EMT’s to assist with any medical issues. Our First Aid facility is located to the right of the lockers.
Are there any rules about unsupervised children?
In a continued effort to ensure guest safety it is park policy that all guests age 10 and under are to be accompanied by a guardian age 13 or older who is to be present on park grounds at all times during their visit.
How can I get to the waterpark if I don’t have a car or I live on SAFB?
Other than personal transportation, there are a few ways to arrive at the waterpark for an enjoyable day of water fun.
