Lockers are available for rent at electronic kiosks at the front gate and at the lockers inside the park.

Lifejackets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. They are located in metal bins by the palm trees at the corners of Shipwreck Beach.

Due to city ordinances, there is no smoking within 20 feet of the outside of the park. We do have a bench out side of the park for smokers.

We have numerous shaded picnic areas located throughout the park on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click on Park Map for details. We recommend that you bring a strap to help secure your glasses during park use. However, despite the use of such devices there is still a chance that your glasses may be dislodged during use of the Rides/Attractions. Castaway Cove will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of eyewear.

Restroom, shower and changing facilities are provided inside the park located on the Northeast side of the Entrance Complex. Click on Park Map for details.

Other than carrying loose money and change inside your pockets, you may choose to purchase a gift card at the front office. We also accept credit cards at all register locations.

Any lost items found in the park by employees will be taken at the earliest convenience to the Group Sales office located on the Southwest portion of the Entrance Complex.
